kk99 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Requesting self-exclusion is a binding action — kk99 will enforce it without exception once activated.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kk99. By clicking "I Agree," completing account registration, or making use of any part of the kk99 Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
2.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with kk99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific bonus or promotional terms, the specific bonus or promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
2.3 kk99 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the kk99 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with any revision, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
2.4 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being provided for the convenience of Pakistani players, the English version shall be the authoritative version for the purposes of any dispute or interpretation.
3.1 Age Restriction. The kk99 Platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. kk99 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. If kk99 determines at any time that you do not meet the minimum age requirement, your Account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance forfeited.
3.2 Legal Capacity. You represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that your use of the kk99 Platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your place of residence.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) kk99 Account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, addresses, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the kk99 Platform. kk99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kk99 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. kk99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify kk99 of unauthorised access without delay.
Age Verification: kk99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Players may be required to submit a copy of their CNIC or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts will remain suspended pending satisfactory age verification, and kk99 is not obligated to release any funds until verification is complete.
4.1 Account Verification (KYC). Before kk99 processes any withdrawal from your Account, you are required to complete KYC verification. This process requires you to provide: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport); (b) proof of your registered address; and (c) verification of the payment method(s) used to fund your Account. kk99 reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary.
4.2 Account Suspension. kk99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) a player is suspected to be accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (c) a player has breached these Terms & Conditions; or (d) the Account is subject to a regulatory inquiry or law enforcement request.
4.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. kk99 may charge an inactivity fee on dormant accounts as permitted under applicable licensing rules. Players will be notified of impending inactivity fees via their registered contact details before any such fee is applied.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your kk99 Account at any time by contacting kk99 customer support via live chat. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you following successful KYC verification, subject to kk99's standard withdrawal procedures.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kk99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT. All Real Money Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kk99 does not accept deposits made by third parties. You may only fund your Account using payment methods registered in your own name.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your kk99 Account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your Account balance. kk99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. kk99 targets withdrawal processing times of 15–30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals following KYC clearance. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days. kk99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. kk99 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are specified on the kk99 Deposits & Withdrawals page and may be subject to change. Withdrawal limits may also be affected by your account's KYC verification status and VIP tier.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. kk99 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Deposits must be funded from legitimate sources. kk99 may request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time. Withdrawals will only be paid to payment methods in the same name as the registered Account holder and from which a deposit has previously been made, wherever operationally possible.
Withdrawal Condition: Deposits that have not been wagered at least once before withdrawal request may be subject to an administrative processing fee or withdrawal restriction, at kk99's discretion. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and applies to all Accounts.
6.1 kk99 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion in addition to these general Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not the original deposit amount, unless specifically stated otherwise.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire seven (7) days after being credited to your Account if the applicable Wagering Requirement has not been met within that period, unless otherwise specified. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and non-recoverable.
6.4 Game Contributions. Different game types contribute different percentages toward meeting Wagering Requirements. Live Casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower percentage than slots. The specific contribution rates applicable to each bonus are set out in the individual bonus terms.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. kk99 operates sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using staking strategies specifically designed to fulfil Wagering Requirements with minimal risk, or withdrawing a deposit following a bonus claim without completing the required wagering. kk99 reserves the right to remove any bonus balance, void any bonus-derived winnings, and suspend any Account where bonus abuse is identified.
6.6 kk99 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with or without notice. kk99's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final and binding.
7.1 All casino games available on the kk99 Platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, crash games, and fishing arcade titles — are governed by the specific rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface, and by these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All kk99 slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). All games are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as of the most recent audit date.
7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a software malfunction, communication error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of any game round, kk99 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Any winnings arising from a clearly erroneous payout — including jackpot payouts resulting from software error — are deemed void and will not be honoured.
7.4 Live Casino. Live dealer games are subject to the specific game rules displayed at each table in addition to these Terms. kk99 reserves the right to close any live dealer table or game at any time, including mid-session where necessary for operational or regulatory reasons. Bets placed before a table closure are subject to the outcome of the then-current round.
8.1 kk99's sports betting services cover cricket — including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs — as well as football, UFC, tennis, kabaddi, and over 20 other sports. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, in addition to these Terms.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. kk99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed at incorrect odds arising from human or system error. A bet is not accepted until a confirmation reference is generated in the Player's Account.
8.3 Abandoned Events. In the event that a sporting event is abandoned or postponed before the minimum completion threshold for that sport (as specified in kk99's sports betting rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
8.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time at kk99's discretion. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted. kk99 shall not be responsible for in-play betting decisions made by Players based on inaccurate live data displayed on third-party sources.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kk99 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
kk99 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate Account suspension; forfeiture of all Account balances including Real Money and Bonus balances; voiding of affected bets and game rounds; referral to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities; and any other remedies available under applicable law.

11.1 All content on the kk99 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, images, graphics, logos, video, audio, data compilations, and the kk99 brand name and associated trademarks — is the property of kk99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kk99 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not: (a) reproduce, copy, or distribute any kk99 content without prior written authorisation; (b) use any kk99 intellectual property for commercial purposes; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any kk99 software; or (d) frame or mirror the kk99 Platform on any other website or platform.
12.1 The kk99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kk99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk99 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform; or (d) losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.
12.3 kk99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kk99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 kk99 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Account, with or without notice, at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud or criminal activity; regulatory requirements; or business decision. Upon termination, any Real Money Balance remaining in a verified Account (subject to applicable deductions) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
13.2 On termination of an Account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), kk99 is not obligated to return any Bonus Balance or winnings derived from bonus funds.
13.3 Players may terminate their Accounts at any time by submitting a closure request through kk99's 24/7 live chat support. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kk99 is licensed to operate, to the exclusion of any conflict of laws provisions.
14.2 Complaint Procedure. Any complaint or dispute arising out of or in connection with kk99 or these Terms should be submitted in writing to kk99's customer support team via live chat or email. kk99 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with kk99's response, you may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under kk99's operating licence.
14.3 Pakistani players acknowledge that online gambling regulation varies across different jurisdictions. kk99 does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gambling from your specific location. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are complying with the laws applicable to you.
15.1 kk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the kk99 Platform at least 14 days before taking effect, where operationally practicable.
15.2 In cases where amendments are required urgently — for example, to address regulatory requirements, security vulnerabilities, or legal obligations — kk99 may implement changes with immediate effect and notify Players as soon as possible thereafter.
